If you want to take advantage of the heat of the oven, an easy and quick aperitif are these padron peppers that some sting and others not.
Put the peppers in a small clay casserole, add a dash of oil and sprinkle with salt to taste, place in the oven 15 minutes (depending on the taste of each one) moving the casserole from time to time so that they are made on all sides.
